A toilet uses more

A toilet uses more water than any other appliance in your home. The average person flushes almost 20 gallons of drinking water per day. A dual flush toilet can significantly cut down on the amount of water per flush plus you will be able to spend more time in the john with the person you share everything with. A bit too much sharing, don’t you think?

What a great idea for a science project. A seventh grader hypothesized as a part of his project that there was more bacteria in the ice than in the toilet water. His claims have been proven to be correct. The student found that in 70% of time the toilet water contained fewer bacteria than the ice.

Some research has shown that a man spends 140 days of his life shaving. While women spend 3 times more time than guys do in the lavatory.

We all like to swim in the pool but there are some people who like to urinate there, too. A recent survey found that 1 out of 5 people have urinated in the pool which can cause recreational water illnesses which can lead to respiratory, skin, and ear problems.

Did you know that you have to change a baby’s diaper 10,000 times until it learns how to go to the bathroom itself? If you didn’t know this interesting fact, you’re welcome.
